Full Mouth Rehabilitation (also called a full mouth makeover) is a comprehensive treatment that restores all teeth in the upper and lower jaws to rebuild your bite, chewing function, facial support, and smile. While a smile makeover is often elective and focused mainly on appearance, full mouth rehabilitation is usually done when multiple teeth are damaged, missing, worn out, or causing bite and jaw problems. Today, the line between “cosmetic” and “restorative” is becoming thinner because patients want results that look natural and function perfectly. 2. 3D CBCT Scan & Planning: A CBCT scan evaluates your jawbone, sinus, nerve position, and implant pathway.
3. Treatment Plan Discussion: We explain all options with pros, cons, timelines, pricing, and expected outcomes. You confirm the plan and sign the consent.
4. Digital Scanning & Teeth Design: Impressions/digital scans → CAD design → CAM milling. Your new teeth are fabricated within a few hours using multiple machines.
5. Implant Placement (Comfort First): Under local anaesthesia (sedation if required), implants are placed using:
   • Zygomatic implants (for upper jaw bone loss)
   • Basal implants (for lower jaw)
   • Pterygoid/Quad Zygoma, if needed

Fixed SAPTeeth the Same Day: While you rest for 2–3 hours, the lab fabricates your permanent SAPTeeth prosthesis. Your final fixed teeth are attached the same day or next day. You walk out with a full set of fixed, beautiful teeth.

The treatment is led by a rehabilitation/prosthetic dentist, and supported when required by oral & maxillofacial surgeons (implants/jaw surgery), periodontists (gums), endodontists (root canals), and orthodontists (alignment)—all coordinated to achieve one stable, balanced bite.

2. Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated and assist with the healing process.
3. Eat a Nutritious Diet: Eating a balanced diet rich in vitamins and minerals will help speed up recovery.
4. Get Plenty of Rest: Sufficient rest is essential to avoid infections and promote healing.
5. Avoid Smoking, Alcohol, and Caffeine: Smoking and alcohol can delay recovery. Caffeine, being a diuretic, may lead to dehydration, which could hinder healing.
6. Gentle Physical Activity: Engage in light physical activity to aid recovery, but avoid strenuous exercise to prevent excessive bleeding.
7. Minimize Stress: Stress can slow down the healing process, so try to keep stress levels low.
8. Watch for Signs of Infection: Be vigilant for signs of infection or swelling at the wound site. Contact your surgeon if you have concerns.
9. Avoid Sun Exposure: While on antibiotics, avoid direct sun exposure as it may cause blistering and peeling.
